Goals and Goal Setting – Interview with Kizzie

Hello, hello, hello. Thank you for tuning in to another episode of The Zealous Disposition Podcast.  Today is part 3 of an informal 3 part series.  Part one was Baby Steps were we went over how when trying something new…when setting a goal…when dealing with big changes…we should follow the example of a baby learning to walk. Learn the basics…take our time and have patience during the Frankenstein-Zombie-Awkward-Crazy-Looking moments.

In part two we channeled our adventurous side and used Dora the Explorer as an example.  When she’s out on adventures she uses her tools …Backpack and the Map…on a regular basis. We should follow her example and refer back to our plan, aka The Map even when things seem obvious.

And now we come to part three where we will wrap things up by getting someone else’s perspective.  Today we have a special guest, I will be talking with my wife about goal setting.  I get inspiration from many aspects of life…from work, from society, and as you can see…from family.  So let’s get my wife on the mic and get started with the topic…Goal Setting.  Full transcript unavailable at this time.  Please listen to audio.
